Tilted Fiction are one of the most consistent gig promoters in the city, and their regular night at The Peer Hat is always drawing some of the best and brightest in underground experimental, artpop and electronic music.

This June 7th bill brings together five disparate acts, playing music from ambient to hip hop.

Entha, fresh from playing this years Sounds From The Other City festival, plays live and sometimes improvised glitch and shoegaze inspired ambient music which shifts through cascading guitar melodies to deeply droning electronics.

The Code: Marla feature live instrumentation and vocals, weaving their way through a host of rap inspired sounds from trap and hip hop to rock and bass music.

Etheral is as spacey as her name may suggest; offering up a host of influences from Grouper to Bonobo, Waritsara 'Yui' Karlberg weaves a distinct soundscape of electronic music and haunting vocals.

Patchwork Rattlebag is a Salford based outfit who have found plenty of acclaim in the last few years. Their psychedelic trip hop features John Lowndes on vocals, with a haunting falsetto delivery style.

Another Salford band, Factory Acts, complete the bill. Described as a “post punk dark electro duo,” these two provide groovey, gritty dance music with a dark twist and are sure to end the night on a high.
